Orders and Shipping
Generally In-Stock items will take 1-2 weeks to arrive and Non-Stock Items could take 2-6 weeks (or longer). A Non-Stock item is an item that we carry but is currently out of stock. If you would like to know a specific timeframe for an individual item please give us a call 207-219-8894 and we will try to give you an accurate timeframe.
We use various freight providers to ensure you receive the best freight service possible. UPS, FedEx, or USPS are commonly used for most of our shipping.
We can ship anywhere in the USA. We can also offer local delivery for orders in the New England area. Please contact us for local delivery pricing 207-219-8894
Once your order ships we will email you the shipping carrier and the tracking number.

If you notice that you entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at 207-219-8894. If your order has not shipped yet we will be able to correct the error.

Returns and Exchanges
Website Return Policy Only. Returns on shipped product are accepted within 7 days of receiving shipment, in original condition (original packaged carton). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and authorization is required before returning product.
If you received the wrong item please contact us immediately for resolution. We will send a call tag for the wrong item and ship you the correct item asap.
If your order arrives damaged please take pictures of the damaged item/carton and contact us immediately. Shipping damage sometimes does occur on occasion but will be rectified in a timely manner.
Once you have spoken to a customer service representative and your return is authorized the return address will be emailed to you.

Yes. If you placed an order but have decided to change or cancel it please contact us to verify that the order has not shipped. The change or cancellation will happen immediately if the order has not shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait until you receive the item, and return ship the order. Once the order return is received and verified by us, your card will be credited.
